Richard White just received a Not Guilty verdict in Autauga County today. State of Alabama v. Gregory Glover. Jury Selection began on yesterday and the trial began today.
The Jury just came back with a Not Guilty verdict. This case originally began in the City of Prattville, however, Prattville Municipal Court founded Mr. Glover guilty after his bench trial. Mr. Glover then appealed the misdemeanor convictions to the Circuit Court of Autauga County and demanded a Jury Trial then hired Richard to represent him.
Mr. Glover had 2 misdemeanor charges that he appealed — DV 3rd Harrassment and DV 3rd Harrassment Communication. Prior to today’s trial the City dismissed the charge of DV 3rd Harrassment and moved forward with trial on the charge of DV 3rd Harrassment Communications.
The Jury found Mr. Glover NOT GUILTY of DV 3rd Harrassment Communications.
